I really love these guys!
I went to one of their free Central Park concerts a few weeks ago, (and got drenched on twice) and it was amazing!
They've got a really new sound, I really couldn't compare them to anyone else I've heard. Much of their first album is upbeat, fast moving.... Its like indie-rock music thats a great listen, but its also nearly dance music.
A friend told me that a few months ago they opened for some other band (don't remember who) and they got booed off stage, but then a month later they performed again and everyone loved them all of a sudden. America is fickle, alas.
Anyway, so their pretty new. I love them, the concert was great. They sound amazing live, just as good as the recording.
Go see them! Or take a listen!

Have you heard Modest Mouse? Same Ghost Every Night reminded me of them also.
DOH! I listen to so much stuff I didn't realise Same Ghost Every Night was a Wolf Parade song, not a band.
